Nuffield Health occupy a unique position. They are a not-for-profit organisation, unconnected to the NHS, delivering healthcare, fitness and wellbeing services through their own private hospitals and health clubs. No-one else brings all that together, and while that’s a good thing, it means there’s a challenge making people fully aware of what they stand for.

So they had a day on the metaphorical psychiatrist’s coach with corporate branding consultant Ian St John to in explore the meaning of brand and to take a good hard their own identity as an organisation. Fortunately, Dan was also there to capture the session, and that spirit of openness gave him some lovely material to work with.
