Abram Games, one of the greatest graphic designers of the 20th Century, is something of a hero round these parts.
His mantra: "Maximum meaning, minimum means" is one we try to apply to all of our work. Once we've established what it is we're trying to say, we set about saying it as clearly and efficiently as possible.
But, here's another perfect nugget, illustrated in homage to the great man's iconic public information posters. It's a valuable reminder that style is always secondary to substance in a hardworking picture... even when the picture is as stylish one of Games' masterpieces.
