German car giants Audi needed to bring a set of imagined user journeys to life for a big internal presentation. So, Jess was happy to lend her visual storytelling talents to four tales of slick customer experience that described seamless transitions between air travel and hitting the road in a stylish Audi. The loose style helped the client convey the fact that these were just concepts - hypothetical future scenarios - and helped ensure that the presentation went as smoothly as an Audi RS6 on an open stretch of autobahn.
